The Governors seek to exercise their responsibility for the learning, safety and happiness of the children in the school’s care by being informed as to the running of the school and by enabling, encouraging and challenging all those involved in the work of the school in their respective roles.

To this end the governors seek to ensure good management of the school’s finances and premises. We also seek to fulfil our legal responsibilities and our more general responsibility to parents, employees and the wider community, in particular the Church and the local authority.
